RuMe (pronouced roo-mee) Property Management is searching for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor at our apartment community in St. Charles IL. Successful Maintenance Supervisors come from a variety of industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, apartment maintenance, and other related industries. You are an analytical, self-motivated, and highly organized problem solver You have an exceptionally strong maintenance background You always give 100% and take pride in helping coworkers be their best as well RuMe offers top industry pay, paid time off, and excellent benefits Job Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair services for a specific building Evaluate and inspect property for short- and long-term needs/improvements Work with onsite management and independent contractors to assure work is completed in a professional and timely manner Offer guidance and training to maintenance staff Respond to requests for occupied maintenance duties including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs. Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis Requirements Must have knowledge in the following areas:
HVAC Basic construction Plumbing Carpentry Tile and flooring Electric Painting Experience in the apartment industry helpful, but not required. Benefits Base salary ranges from $56,000-62,000 plus 20% yearly bonus potential. Total compensation (base salary plus bonuses) for this position ranges from $68,000 to $74,000/year. Benefits include:
