Job Description The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
