▶︎ Key Responsibilities: Lead evaluation and monitoring of IT project portfolios to ensure alignment with goals, scope, budget, and timeline.

Provide independent assessments and strategic guidance to ensure delivery quality and risk mitigation.

Establish and enforce governance frameworks, escalation procedures, and performance metrics.

Oversee training and upskilling of IT project managers.

Drive standardization of project management processes, tools, and templates.

Promote adoption of tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and process optimization.

Manage centralized knowledge hub for best practices and reusable templates.

Champion communities of practice, internal workshops, and cross-department collaboration.

Act as primary liaison with Japan headquarters for project alignment and transparency.

Ensure senior stakeholders remain informed on project health, risks, and impacts.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

10+ years in IT project management, including 5+ years in leadership or PMO management roles.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Strong risk analysis and issue resolution capabilities.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.

Knowledge of organizational change management practices.

Strong understanding of SDLC.
