HawaiiUSA FCU's Enterprise Project Manager will lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects within the credit union, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in driving project execution from initiation through closure, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-impact business outcomes. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners, to facilitate clear communication and effective decision-making. They will implement best practices in project management methodologies to mitigate risks and optimize project performance. Ultimately, this position ensures that enterprise-wide initiatives are delivered efficiently on time, and within scope, contributing to the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of leading complex, cross-functional projects in enterprise or matrix environments. Project Management Certification. Demonstrated track record of work with executive-level stakeholders. Proven record of delivery within scope, schedule, and budget with sustained adoption and benefits. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Certification or practical experience in Agile delivery (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM), organizational change management (e.g. Prosci), and process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Agile (e.g. PMI-ACP) preferred Proven expertise applying project management methodologies (e.g., PMI standards, PRINCE2, Agile/ Hybrid approaches) to deliver large, cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for credit unions and/ or banks. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet. Familiarity with financial systems and software used in the financial services industry. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and manage enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and compliance with industry regulations. Coordinate and prepare sponsors on cross-departmental teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budgets. Prepare and present detailed project reports, status updates, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate the problem or opportunity definition, option comparison, scope boundaries, success measures, and initial assumptions with the sponsor. Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Select a delivery cadence—predictive, iterative, or hybrid—that best fits the work type and constraints. Enforce disciplined change control with quantified impacts on scope, schedule, and budget. Occasional after-hours or weekend work. Skills: The Enterprise Project Manager will utilize strong leadership and communication skills daily to coordinate diverse teams and ensure stakeholder alignment. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying project risks and developing effective mitigation plans. Proficiency in project management tools enables efficient tracking of project milestones, resource allocation, and budget management. Knowledge of credit union and/ or banking industry regulations ensures that projects comply with legal and operational standards. Additionally, adaptability and negotiation skills are critical for managing changing priorities and fostering collaboration across departments. Minimum Physical Requirements

: Sitting for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer. Talking on the phone, computer, and person to person or in meetings frequently. Frequent on-site engagement with internal stakeholders and vendors. Moving in construction or renovation job sites. Standing for prolonged periods of time. Traveling to various departments, branches, and off-site locations. Lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying up to 20 pounds on occasion. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components. Travel to neighbor islands and the mainland as needed. Benefits and Pay: The expected pay range for an Enterprise Project Manager is $100,000 - 110,000 per year.
