Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of new construction for either the Core/Shell or the Fit Out of a data center project Coordinate daily project execution including scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and quality control Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while adhering to safety and performance standards Oversee the installation of structured cabling, rack infrastructure, and related systems Collaborate with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project alignment Utilize project management tools to track milestones, documentation, and reports Work under Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract guidelines and procedures Requirements:
1+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical repair is
required Basic computer and email communication skills
required Ability to diagnose problems based on customer descriptions and technical clues practicing excellent customer service skills Comfortable using hand tools, reading schematics, and working independently Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, drug test, and background check Must be comfortable with occasional out-of-town travel Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and/or data center construction and project management Strong background in structured cabling, rack infrastructure, and telecommunications installations Experience managing large-scale projects under GMP contracts Successful track record with service contracts and projects over $1 million Familiarity with products from Panduit, CommScope, Corning, and similar manufacturers Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills Schedule:
Monday – Saturday Pay Rate:
$100,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience) Location:
