ABOUT THE ROLE Citadel CPM is in search of a highly experienced Project Manager with healthcare construction to join our team. In this role, you will manage
medical/healthcare/behavioral
health facility design and construction building projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing capital improvement projects for construction.
ABOUT YOU You are a Project Manager professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in project/ construction management and concurrent field construction experience. Able to manage capital improvement projects overseeing all the trades.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Work experience in project planning and development. Experience with State of California Health Care Access and Information (HCAI, formerly OSHPD) Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project. Ability to develop and control project scope and maintain project budgets. Ability to develop and review project schedules. Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents. Ability to effectively facilitate project team and client meetings. Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare change orders. Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders. Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges. Ability to set and manage project expectations.
Must be knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA. Design-Bid-Build project delivery experience. Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery experience. Knowledge of Public Contracting Code and practices. Knowledge of LEED Effective oral and written communication skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. OR
Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Experienced and knowledgeable in the management of
medical/healthcare/behavioral
health facility design and construction projects.

Base pay is only one component of Citadels total compensation packages for employees.
Pay range for the Project Manager is $150,000 - $180,000 salary per year.
