Job Description Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 ABOUT CITADEL CPM Citadel CPM is a California corporation, headquartered in Pasadena with offices in Fullerton, Long Beach, Riverside, and Sacramento, as well as Phoenix, Arizona. ABOUT THE ROLE Citadel CPM is in search of highly experienced Project Managers to help manage public Stormwater and Road projects.

ABOUT YOU You are a Project Manager professional with minimum of 5 years of experience (PM I) of progressive experience in managing municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years (PM I) or10 years (PM II)of project management and concurrent field construction experience. Effective oral and written communication skills. Work experience in project planning and development. Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project. Ability to develop and control project scope. Ability to develop and maintain project budgets. Ability to develop and review project schedules. Skill in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents. Ability to effectively facilitate project team and client meetings. Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare change orders. Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders. Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges. Ability to set and manage project expectations. Must be knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA. Experience in infrastructure projects such as stormwater quality, diversion, and drainage projects. Experience in transportation infrastructure projects such as airports, roadways, bikeways, pedestrian walkways, and bridge projects. Must be knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA. Set and manage project expectations.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Job Order Contracting (JOC), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), Deferred

Maintenance/Refurbishment

projects, and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project deliveries Knowledge of Envision Knowledge of Public Contracting Code Knowledge of Greenbook and CSI Knowledge of CEQA Experience with scheduling software using P6 and/or Microsoft Project Online

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Licensed professional (or demonstrate the ability to obtain license within 6 months of hiring)or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Education background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Pay range for the Project Manager I is $125,000 - $165,000 salary per year. Pay range for the Project Manager II is $150,000 - $180,000 salary per year.
