$135,000 – $150,000 base 12% bonus Job Description: Drive the software lifecycle for a mission-critical medical communication system, ensuring reliable data exchange across hospital departments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage 3–5 cross-functional scrum teams
Lead stand-ups and manage full software project lifecycle
Coordinate with software managers, clinical engineers, and system engineers
Track and report on software metrics to drive development performance
Balance Agile and Waterfall practices in a regulated environment
Contribute to building a scalable software PM framework
Requirements: Must-Haves: 10 years of software project management experience
Background in software development; ideally began career as a software engineer
Experience in software workflow and metric-driven development
Proven ability to manage mid-lifecycle software projects
Experience in medical device (Class II or III) environments
Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and ThreadX Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
