Cybersecurity Project Manager

who demonstrates the following capabilities and satisfies the Minimum Qualifications, Clearance, and Certification requirements. Employee responsibilities include: Manage and coordinate all work, activities, issues, and other contractual obligations relating to a Cybersecurity Resilience program/contract and interface with the government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and any Task Managers Responsible for the effective management of funds and personnel and shall be accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual deliverables Accountable for contractor compliance with all applicable Government contracting clauses and assurance that corporate interests and activities do not conflict with or violate Government restrictions or edicts. This includes the coordination of on/offboarding contractors, reporting, training and timely submission of deliverables Ensure schedules are developed and meet the government's needs for all contracted employees. Ensure deliverables, training, reporting, and tasks are completed timely and accurately Coordinate invoicing and reporting with the COR to ensure reports are reviewed and approved prior to invoicing. Prepare for and lead contract kick-off

meet with customer to discuss expectations and details of contract execution, and plan for/lead any future transition out requirements Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) As a Cybersecurity SME, provide Cybersecurity technical leadership across the program task areas including Cyber-Integrated Planning Element (C-IPE) activities, Cyber Intake, and Cyber Integration. These services shall encompass a range of activities, including but not limited to facilitating cybersecurity exercises, providing expert guidance on evolving cybersecurity landscape and threats, and supporting the transition to new technology platforms Work with government staff in areas such as Mission Assurance, cybersecurity planning, and Mission-Relevant Cyber Terrain analysis, while contributing to the planning and execution of cybersecurity exercises Lead the development and refinement of processes and artifacts related to cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices Remain adaptable and provide additional technical support, as needed, leveraging expertise to address emerging challenges Desired KSA Be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person able to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, management, and government customer Ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications Min 5 years of IT Project Management experience Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts or Four (4) Additional years of related experience Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) plus five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III (Examples: CISSP, CISM, CRISC) Minimum Clearance Must have Active DOD Top Secret Clearance Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time Ability to use a computer Additional Requirements Must be U.S. citizen Other duties as assigned ESM provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin or ancestry, disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identification or any other characteristic protected by state, federal or local law.
