DIRECT HIRE | PROJECT MANAGER, PROCESS SYSTEMS | KANSAS CITY A growing OEM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects (cradle-to-grave) related to Process Systems (material handling, industrial automation, packaging, etc.). Anticipate $90K-$120K+, based on experience Full suite of benefits, health insurance, PTO/Vacation Bonus Opportunity Travel requirements may be 30-50%, dependent on project load Office role for first few months, transition to flex/hybrid Responsibilities: Plan and execute projects for process systems (material handling, packaging, etc.), from design to installation. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and field services. Troubleshoot technical challenges related to process systems Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., food-grade, safety regulations). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 5+ years of project management experience in industrial automation or material handling. Strong technical knowledge of material handling systems. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams. PMP certification preferred but not required.
