No Job Summary: The Project Coordinator (Supply Chain Management) will provide comprehensive support to project managers, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position serves as a key communication link between team members, stakeholders, and clients. This role is responsible for keeping a critical eye on project timelines, budget and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead coordination of project schedules, resources, and deliverables to support successful supply chain project execution. Serve as a key point of contact across planning, procurement, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. Support procurement, materials planning, and order tracking activities; ensure timely communication with buyers and planners. Analyze project progress and operational data to identify risks or bottlenecks; provide recommendations for corrective action. Support development and implementation of improved processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy across SCM operations. Communicate regularly with global quotation and planning teams to ensure systems are updated and aligned across regions. Ensure quality of documentation, including quotations, billing reports, and delivery plans; drive standardization and version control. Generate regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Monitor and report key metrics related to project cost, timing, and customer satisfaction. Guide and support buyers and planners during new business ramp-up or customer onboarding phases. Perform other duties and strategic support activities as assigned by the Project Manager or leadership team Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, supply chain, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or related field required Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain operations, or planning functions, preferably in a manufacturing or OEM environment Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Ability to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during the project lifecycle Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Mandarin proficiency is a plus, especially for cross-regional communication, but not a requirement. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement. Experience with ERP systems for tracking inventory, purchase orders, or production tasks is a plus.
