Metal/TPO Crew Leader
to take charge of our metal roofing team in Pompano Beach. Paid by piece rate—so the better you lead, the more you earn. What You’ll Do: ✔ Lead a crew on commercial and residential metal roofing projects ✔ Set up equipment, tear off old systems, and install TPO/metal roofs ✔ Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and productive ✔ Read plans, measure accurately, and keep projects on track ✔ Maintain top-tier safety standards and production targets What You’ll Need: ???? 2+ years of roofing experience (metal/TPO preferred) ???? Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work at heights ???? Skill with tools, tape measures, and hands-on problem-solving ☀️ Willingness to work early mornings, some Saturdays, and in all weather ????
