Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections (with or without vacuum assistance)
  • Manage high-risk obstetrical deliveries
  • Conduct dilation and curettage (D&C) procedures
  • Provide contraceptive care including Nexplanon and IUD placement
  • Perform routine gynecologic procedures such as pap smears, colposcopies, and LEEP
  • Conduct minor surgical procedures including circumcisions and vasectomies
  • Manage gynecologic and obstetric consultations
  • Deliver care in a rural and FQHC setting

Additional Information
  • Must hold a valid California medical license
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, NRP, PALS
  • Experience in rural medicine, high-risk deliveries, and FQHC settings preferred
