Contract Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and track financial documentation for accuracy and completeness. Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining financial records. Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounts or financial processes. Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar accounting/finance role. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with basic financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
