Human Resources/Customer Service Representatives

to work at our client's location in

Tempe, AZ.

Work Location:

Tempe, AZ - HYBRID (3 days onsite; Saturday or Sunday remote)

Pay Rate:

$18.00 to $18.30/hourly depending on experience

Duration:

Position is a 4 month contract role with a possibility of extension or conversion

Schedule:

40 hours week / 4 x 10 shift

Shift Days:

Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday

Shift Hours:

Flexible to work between 5am-6pm AZ Time (will be assigned 4 days with a 10 hour shift) Nov 2nd daylight savings all shifts shift back 1hr

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm AZ Time - 100% attendance in training is mandatory

Our client's Candidate Connection Services Call Center team is looking for talented associates that are eager to support our client's call center helping candidates get hired. Call Center associates are the key experts in getting candidates to their first day with our client, they also remove technical barriers in the hiring process, relieving local HR teams from providing applicant support, standardize candidate messaging, and collect actionable data on candidate issues. They will manage internal and external candidate referrals to ensure the best possible candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for human resource inbound contact with newly offered job candidates, providing top-tier experience, and resolving complex problems which are preventing candidates from starting their first day of work. Perform research and documentation, resolve concerns in a timely manner and follow-up with all candidates as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 1+ year experience with customer service in a call center environment Computer proficient High school diploma or GED Excellent Customer Service skills
