Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Victorville, CA Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time Are you a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional who thrives in dynamic and unique work environments? Must be comfortable around service animals. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Payment Management: Prepare and execute payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, while maintaining compliance with company policies. Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking and reconciling employee expense reports. Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and month-end closing tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Compliance: Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting function. Competency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP experience is a plus). Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and team members. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
