Key Responsibilities: Process invoices, verify accuracy, and perform 3-way match with purchase orders and receipts. Maintain accurate records of payables in accounting software. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Process vendor payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper coding and approval of expenses. Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable activities. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues or inquiries. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with special projects as needed. Maintain organized and complete documentation for all accounts payable transactions and vendor files. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role. Proficiency with Accounts Payable software and ERP Systems (ASW, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Similar). Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
