This temporary position is located in Raleigh - Wake County. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $23.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 4312 District Dr, Raleigh, NC 27607. This position will work with and provide support to the OCME Agency Legal Consultant. This position will manage documents, including subpoenas, and work to ensure staff are notified of and scheduled for court hearings. This position involves retrieving case files and creating packets in preparation for court hearings. This position will develop a tracking system to record subpoenas and court dates. This position may assist in developing a structured tracking system, which will include drafting internal policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
