This temporary position is located in Raleigh - Wake County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $28.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 222 N Dawson St, Raleigh, NC 27603. The purpose of this position is to create a clear process and timeline for tracking the various, simultaneous projects and communicating them in a lucid manner to the Director of Vital Records. This position is responsible for performing technical and analytical tasks in the maintenance and/or support of computer application software (programs) systems for Vital Records. Responsible for supporting the NCDAVE administrators to ensure efficient and effective operation of the system for internal and external users and stakeholders. This position will also support Statistical Services staff to ensure data integrity is maintained throughout data transmission to state, local, and federal agencies. The employee will work closely with NCDAVE administrators, Vital Records subject-matter experts, Statistical Services staff, the NCDAVE Helpdesk, and the User Enrollment Specialist. The employee will contribute to problem solving by employing creative and critical thinking. Facilitate communication and organization between collaborators within the State Center for Health Statistics, Vital Records, Division of Public Health, VitalChek (vendor) Information Technology Division, and DHHS broadly Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies NOTE: Qualified applicants must meet and CLEARLY reflect on their application training and experience and all knowledge, skills, abilities, and any experience or competencies specified in the posting and/or supplemental question(s) to be considered.
