We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and coordinate accounts receivable processes. This role involves inputting invoices and payments into Dynamics 365 manually and performing data entry tasks related to accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have experience in reconciling processed work, managing freight credits, and updating accounts payable and invoice email addresses. The position also requires following up on past due accounts, updating tax certificate information, and managing accounts with credit balances. Responsibilities

Coordinate and process accounts receivable tasks. Manually input invoices and payments into Dynamics 365. Perform data entry for accounts receivable. Reconcile processed work by verifying the person and rebills for price differences and taxes. Manage and process freight credits using free text. Update accounts payable and invoice email addresses. Follow up on past due accounts and settle open transactions. Send invoice copies and make follow-up phone calls. Update tax certificate information that is nearing expiration. Review and update business units on open orders from AX. Follow up on accounts with credit balances and determine refund needs. Perform other assigned tasks within accounting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
