What We're Looking For • Positive, upbeat personality with strong phone and communication skills • At least one year of prior customer service experience preferred • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow through • Team player with a drive to succeed • Prompt, courteous, and enthusiastic
What You'll Do Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, text, email, and web Answer inbound sales calls and respond quickly to internet and live chat inquiries Build relationships and set appointments for both service and sales teams Provide customers with product information and direct them to the right resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Help customers take advantage of promotions, loyalty rewards, and maintenance offers Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system Collaborate with teammates, sales staff, and management to deliver a world-class experience
