What We're Looking For • Friendly, energetic personality with excellent customer service skills • Strong communication and organizational abilities • Comfortable answering a busy multi-line phone system with professionalism • Basic cashiering/drawer counting skills • Social media savvy - ability to create simple posts, photos, and videos • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to cross-training across departments • Growth mindset - ambitious and excited about career advancement • Valid driver's license
What You'll Do Greet and welcome customers, ensuring every first impression is a great one Answer and direct incoming calls quickly and professionally Direct guests to the correct department and notify staff as needed Complete cashiering transactions and reconcile drawer counts Assist with filing, clerical work, and general office support Help create engaging social media posts (photos, videos, updates) for dealership pages Support multiple departments as a cross-trained "utility player" Take on additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
