About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive
HR Coordinator
to join their team. This fully on-site position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience. You'll play a key role in supporting people operations and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and well-informed from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new employees Accurately complete and verify I-9 documentation in compliance with federal guidelines Initiate and monitor background checks, ensuring timely completion Present and explain benefits packages to new hires with clarity and enthusiasm Maintain and update employee records with precision and confidentiality Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure onboarding milestones are met efficiently Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional presence and ability to represent the company with confidence Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence Must be comfortable working fully on-site Looking for someone who is engaged, dependable, and eager to contribute Featured benefits
