Snow College is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Registration Assistant to join the Registrar's Office team. The Registration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting students, faculty, and staff with registration and enrollment services. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of student records while promoting a supportive and welcoming environment in line with Snow College's commitment to student success. Required: High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred. Experience in administrative support or customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong work ethic, effective time management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience working in a higher education or registrar's office. Familiarity with the Banner student information systems. Knowledge of FERPA guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with course registration, drop/add requests, and schedule adjustments. Provide information regarding academic policies, deadlines, and procedures. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner. Enter and update student information in the student information system (SIS). Process enrollment verifications, transcript requests, and changes to student records. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate course offerings and registration data. Support registration events such as orientation, move-in day, and enrollment periods. Maintain confidentiality of student records in accordance with FERPA regulations. Assist with data entry, file management, and office operations as needed. Applications received by 11:59 PM on June 18, 2025, will be eligible for review by the hiring committee.
