Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and ensure the accurate application of high-volume customer payments. This role involves handling payments received through various channels such as Lockbox, mail, EFT, and credit cards on a daily basis. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless preparation and distribution of daily cash receipts reports to different offices. Responsibilities
Apply a high volume of customer payments received via Lockbox, mail, EFT, and credit cards with a high degree of accuracy on a daily basis. Prepare and distribute daily cash receipts reports to various offices. Reconcile daily cash receipts to bank entries. Research entries posted to Unapplied Cash. Respond to cash receipt inquiries from various offices. Address various email inquiries from customers and other departments in a timely manner. Ensure all cash receipts are in balance with Bank Ledger entries at month-end. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with full cycle accounts receivable. Ability to handle cash applications. Experience with reconciliation processes. Proficiency in creating Pivot tables and using VLOOKUP in Excel. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics, but open to others. Ability to generate and analyze aging reports. Experience in cash receipt handling and lockbox management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
