Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules between customers and service technicians; resolve customer issues and concerns
- Respond to service and sales inquiries and communicate with field operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
- Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, projects, and assignments
- Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
- Manage administrative requests and tasks
- Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
- Deliver accurate service and sales information
- Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
- Respond to leads and referrals
- Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
- Assist in scheduling of service routes and produce accurate and timely reports
- Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
- Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-tasking
- Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
