Administrative Assistant
Twin City Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to join a professional office team in Eden Prairie, MN. This temporary, full-time role is perfect for someone with strong Excel skills who enjoys supporting a fast-paced office environment. Youll play a key role in preparing customer proposals, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility during training

Duties of the administrative assistant:
- Prepare customer proposals using Excel
- Greet visitors and answer/route phone calls
- Order office and janitorial supplies; coordinate company lunches
- Arrange courier deliveries and support office service vendors
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
- Manage the company calendar, including tracking employee time off
Requirements of the administrative assistant:
- 2-3 years of experience using Excel
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, and calculations)
- Strong math aptitude and accurate data entry skills
- Data entry required; ten-key experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Comfortable lifting 25-35 pounds
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete an Excel skills test during the interview process
