SUMMARY:
The Leaguers, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our Information Technology department. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and network operations. It's an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in IT to gain practical skills in a real-world environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems; Support end-users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues; Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access within systems like Active Directory and Office 365; Perform routine checks on systems and assist in maintaining IT inventory records; Provide support for device imaging and deployment ( laptops, tablets, printers); Support the IT team in ongoing projects such as system upgrades, cabling, security installations (CCTV Cameras); Document support cases and solutions using internal ticketing systems; Help maintain a clean and organized IT workspace and equipment storage QUALIFICATIONS:
Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure, or Google Workspace, prefered; ?Previous IT help desk or tech support experience (school or volunteer projects count!), prefered; Basic knowledge of printers, VOIP phones, or audiovisual equipment, prefered; Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows 10/11), and networking fundamentals; Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools; Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn; Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed; Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. SALARY: Negotiated based on experience and certification
