Regional Vice President
About the Position:
The Regional Vice President's main responsibility is to supervise and lead a portfolio of Regional Managers and their properties to successfully achieve the goals and standards outlined through the Asset Management division. The primary areas of focus are resident retention, fiscal success, professional development of the Regional and General Managers, reporting, and overall portfolio management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise, guide, and lead a portfolio of Regional Managers & properties Ensure all requirements are met by the properties. This includes, but is not limited to: Thorough, succinct and on time reporting, achieving occupancy goals, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner and vendor relations are kept in high regard, participating in cultural initiatives, adherence to the Operating Model System, ongoing training & education
Work with the Regional Managers and onsite team for performance development Conduct team meetings and one on ones with direct reports Manage payroll & employee records Have a strong knowledge of the resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Maintain open lines of communication with corporate and the properties Respond in a timely fashion to parent, vendor, or resident outreach Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Deep understanding of affordable housing regulations, compliance requirements, and funding mechanisms (e.g., LIHTC, HUD, Section 8). Proven leadership in managing multi-site property portfolios, including budgeting, staffing, and operational oversight. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive performance and meet organizational goals. Extensive experience with Real Page Suite of products. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders. Ability to analyze property performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. Skilled in mentoring and developing regional and onsite teams to ensure consistent service delivery and regulatory compliance. Qualifications:
At least 10 years of affordable housing property management experience, specifically with deep background of HUD At least 3-5 years RVP level experience, directly over-seeing a team of 3-5 regional managers. Working knowledge, and experience with Real Page Suite of products. Experience with acquisitions, management take-overs, and all affordable components Hands on leader, can lead from both a high level and on-the grounds approach Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position directly supervises those employees within the assigned portfolios/regions and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, talk and hear.
