Human Resources Generalist Talent

ServiceNet is looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented HR Generalist Talent to support our evolving HR and hiring operations. This role plays a key part in helping new hires transition smoothly into the organization, while also supporting broader HR processes such as job documentation, administrative support, and recruitment coordination. Key responsibilities include:

• Onboarding support & integration
• Job documentation & posting coordination
• Recruitment assistance
• Team & community engagement
• General HR administration

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or recruiting support.
• Familiarity with HR/ATS systems and employment practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within Massachusetts as needed.
