Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a ADM Business Analyst opening for our client in Houston, TX.

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders.

• Conduct impact and gap analysis to support solution design and delivery.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users to define requirements and priorities.

• Perform process mapping and use case mapping to ensure clarity of business needs.

• Analyze business cases and provide guidance to technical teams and vendors.

• Act as liaison between business lines and the development team to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.

• Support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the SDLC.

• Proven ability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Proficiency in impact analysis and gap analysis.

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Skilled in process and use case mapping.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities to work across technical and non-technical groups.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in application development and maintenance (ADM) environments.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, users, technical teams, and vendors.

• Track record of successfully guiding requirements from gathering to implementation.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
