Job Title: Lead .Net Developer
*Hybrid Day 1: Charlotte, NC*
# of Positions: 1

Job Summary: • Key technology skill set (.NET cluster)- C#, .NET core, ADO.NET, NHibernate, ORM, MSSQL, Postgres, AWS, .NET Lambdas • Comfortable in studying and understanding code written in Java, C#, Python, VB, shell. • Experience in at-least one of these Cloud Native CI/CD frameworks - Terraform, Concourse, Github Actions. • Overall ownership of team delivery. Acting as mini-anchor for the team. • Ability to understand the future Architecture and guide the team with require technical direction • Expertise in building AWS lambdas and APIs using API gateway. • Ability to quickly pick up any CI/CD tools and use it for delivery • Hands-on expertise and experience in backend development, testing and deployment of database heavy systems. • Ability to utilize DevOps CI/CD pipeline, create/configure build and deploy jobs • Experience working in XP and pair programming model and understands and performs TDD • Must be able to clearly communicate with team members and leadership • Strong ability to work independently when required • Must be able to learn modern static code analysis tools - (CAST, Copilot, Amazon Q)
Experience: • 8+ years of experience in cloud development (preferably 8-12 yrs but may not have all been in AWS)
Required Skills: 1. .Net Cluster - C#, .NET core, ADO.NET, NHibernate, ORM, MSSQL, Postgres 2. AWS (includes Lambda, API Gateway) 3. CI/CD frameworks - Terraform, Concourse, Github Actions
Nice to have skills: Experience as AWS Solution Architect Associate or Developer.
Responsibilities: • Analyse existing codebases and identify data access patterns used. • Hands-on, Individual contribution and Mentor other developers in team • Support team members on troubleshooting • Participate in paired programming and XP development • Responsible for assigned task delivery and quality and knowledge transfer through daily pairing with team members • Support in technical design and solutioning • Use Co-pilot/Amazon Q to analyze codebases • Lead/mentor developers in their team. • Identify the data integrations present in the code and refactor them from MSSQL to Postgres Years of Experience: 8.00 Years of Experience
