We are seeking a motivated and skilled *Trial Attorney - Criminal Defense* to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal defense law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients facing serious charges. As an Associate Attorney at L & L Law Group, you will work closely with our experienced attorneys to develop defense strategies, represent clients in court, and provide comprehensive legal counsel. No experience necessary.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle a full caseload of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases from intake * through trial or resolution * Represent clients in criminal proceedings, including arraignments, pre-trial hearings, trials, and sentencing. * Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents. * Develop and implement effective defense strategies tailored to each client's unique situation. * Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about their cases and addressing their concerns. * Collaborate with the legal team to share insights and support complex cases.
*Qualifications:*
* Texas State Bar Required and in good standing. * At Least 2 Year Trial Experience . * Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. * Excellent courtroom presence and negotiation abilities. * Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
