Overview

Regional Director, Outreach (TX, Dallas-Fort Worth) role to lead go-to-market efforts for one of the fastest growing startups in the healthcare industry. You will manage a state-wide or multi-state region, support Directors and Managers, identify patient referral sources, build clinical partner relationships, and facilitate admissions for youth. You will work with the leadership team to ensure awareness of Charlie Health’s programs among patients, parents, and providers. Responsibilities

Support new admissions goals and oversee the team’s performance, potentially carrying a book depending on team size and growth Lead a regional team of Outreach Directors and Managers to meet or exceed regional performance goals Measure and own KPIs across the region; report monthly to leadership Develop and operationalize a GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration Create and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and establish community partnerships Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person or via conference calls Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform future marketing and product strategies Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to deliver on GTM goals Requirements

Must be based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX 10+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years in sales leadership 5+ years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing Authorized to work in the United States; native or bilingual English proficiency Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and growing customer accounts in a B2B/outreach setting Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a business development team Experience measuring and being accountable to defined sales metrics and KPIs Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a consultative approach Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) for meetings with referral partners; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to drive up to 1 hour each way regularly Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and may be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. Our Values
