Overview

As a Car Delivery Driver at our WMU store located at 2905 Howard St, Kalamazoo MI 49006, you are the main face of Insomnia Cookies when delivering our cookies, milk, and ice cream to fans. You represent the brand in delivery zones and help bring the Cookie Magic to customers.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions in person or by phone
• Use Insomnia delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
