You'll serve as both analyst and Scrum Master, ensuring each sprint delivers value to the mission - removing roadblocks, refining requirements, and helping technical teams stay aligned with customer goals. What You'll Do
- Engage regularly with senior government officials to understand business priorities and shape technical solutions.
- Translate customer needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Partner closely with developers, engineers, and testers to ensure full understanding of functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and demos to ensure alignment, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop and refine Knowledge Base Articles, SOPs, User Guides, and training materials.
- Track project activities, identify risks, and propose innovative process improvements to boost performance.
- Support project documentation - including status reports, risk registers, and release notes - with precision and clarity.
- Help drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, sprint retrospectives, and proactive communication.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Federal IT programs in a business analysis or functional analyst role.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and tools (especially Jira).
- Proven ability to capture, refine, and communicate requirements across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills - you know how to make complex information accessible.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry a plus (not required).
