Must-Have Skills:

• 10-12 years' experience as a Business Architect (or similar strategic role) with enterprise-level digital transformation expertise.
• Strong business modeling skills (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate) and knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Direct experience with Health & Human Services (HHS) eligibility systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP).
• Background in government or public sector projects.
• Certifications such as CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, or Lean Six Sigma.
