Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience mentoring and guiding SSA staff, with strong planning and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret technical information (regulations, policy, system documentation) and create technical designs.
• Strong written communication skills for translating business needs into technical documentation and instructions for users.
• Experience diagnosing application issues and preparing clear business requirements, technical specifications, and related artifacts.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a professional, consultative manner.
