We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, building brand awareness, and fostering community engagement to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely, authentic manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) and prepare regular reports to assess ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
Monitor competitor social media activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Grow and manage influencer and brand ambassador relationships.
