Overview

Under general direction of the Sr. HR Business Partner, serves as a Customer Relationship Manager for people leaders and provides shared strategic-level consultation on human capital needs with respective client groups and the organization as a whole. In addition, forms partnerships across the HR function to understand and deliver value-added talent practices in unison with Sr HR Business Partner. Engages customers through proactive discussions while assessing and evaluating client needs to provide professional-level consultation that supports the business in strategic initiatives through its talent. What You Will Be Doing

Provides consultation and support in all talent practices: employee engagement, total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and strategic workforce planning, in partnership with the HR Solution Centers. Provides strategic consultation to people leaders and employees to support and align business and talent initiatives. Consultation entails options to leadership to assess best practice methodologies. Partners with Sr HR Business Partner in discussion with executives on organizational design and strategic workforce planning along with Sr. Talent and Organizational Development Manager and/or VP Human Resources. Assists Sr. HR Business Partner and client groups with formulating future plans for potential leaders and/or successors in the business. Facilitates discussion with respective client group executives to share engagement survey scores, interpretation of engagement framework, and formulate action plans to support company engagement goals. Reviews results of investigations and makes recommendations on workplace issues, partnering with Sr. HR Business Partner and Employee Relations team, and communicates to management on resolution of general, discrimination, harassment, and/or hostile work environment, allegations. Partners with client groups throughout the planning and execution of company-wide and HR programs, tying them back to the business strategy. Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to identify job-specific recruitment strategies that align with the business units goals and strategies; reviews job requirements and job descriptions to ensure accuracy prior to job publishing. Provides coaching to managers regarding leadership competencies. Addresses diversity needs and objectives at the department level in partnership with the Diversity & Inclusion team. Partners with the HR Solution Centers to plan and implement HR strategies that support department needs. Analyzes and compiles information and statistics and develops reports and recommendations for management-level meetings and decision-making. Conducts research of new and pending legislation and laws relating to HR programs; ensures that business unit HR-related and employment practices are in compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and guidelines. Partners with Risk Management in employee wellbeing related issues. What You Need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with significant coursework in human resources, psychology, business or public administration or a related field. Three (3) years of related professional-level experience in human resources or organizational development. Degree requirement may be substituted by increasingly responsible, professional-level HR experience on a year-for-year basis. Possession of a valid Class C drivers license. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Knowledge of current human resources rules, regulations, laws, principles, practices and policies related to administration of all aspects of human resources (i.e., Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits). Ability to provide strategic level consulting to mediate issue and/or influence business leaders. Ability to influence executives on key human capital related needs or problems. Skill in investigating complaints in compliance with EEOC guidelines. Skill in conflict resolution/negotiating activities to resolve complaints and business issues. Ability to understand and interpret current Airport policies, practices and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization, and to establish rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and training. Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, differentiate among competing demands, and to work under time pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to apply reasoning in conducting research and analysis of a variety of HR programs. Ability to process data using the computer. Ability to work with the public and other employees in a pleasant and tactful manner. Ability to supervise a staff of professionals. What We Desire
