Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a
Fundraising Manager
for a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful impact in their community. This position is remote, but candidates must live in Washington State and will require 20% travel. Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute fundraising events, ensuring revenue goals are met. Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and committees for successful event execution. Cultivate relationships with key fundraisers, sponsors, and community partners to drive engagement and sponsorship. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses are within the approved limits. Travel regularly within the assigned area and attend events, meetings, and an annual chapter staff meeting. Qualifications
Proven success in planning and executing fundraising events, driving revenue growth. Experience with volunteer recruitment and management, including event committees. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors, sponsors, and volunteers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events and meetings. Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive annual salary between
$65,000 and $78,000 , along with 22 days of Paid Time Off in the first year, with additional PTO days starting in the second year. A company-sponsored Medical Employee Reimbursement Plan (MERP) is included, and after two years, employees receive a 10% employer contribution to their retirement plan. To support work-life balance, flexible Summer Fridays are offered, and there are 11 company holidays throughout the year. How to Apply
