The Senior Specialist, Community & Associate Experience plays a vital role in shaping a positive and engaging culture across retail locations and the corporate office. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives that support associate well-being, volunteerism, and corporate social responsibility. Responsibilities: Support the operations of Build-A-Bear Foundation Achieve goals and tasks set forth by the Board of Directors Manage Hearts & Hugs Fund select donation recipients, ensure timely deliveries, and achieve donation goal numbers Communicate marketing of Build-A-Bear Foundation and other cause marketing programs Execute rewards and recognition programs across the organization Facilitate onboarding program for corporate associates Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent 2-4 years experience in non-profit or events Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams & SharePoint Strong organizational and multitasking skills P
referred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree - Human Resources or Communications Experience in development or fundraising at a non-profit organization Behavioral Traits for Success: Enjoys working with a variety of people A communicator, who naturally stimulates and motivates others Responsive to the needs and concerns of others Works at a slightly faster-than-average pace Handles details correctly and efficiently Has a how can I help attitude Willingness to involve others in decision making Expert knowledge in area of expertise Strong and friendly follow-up when necessary Typical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairs Lifting > 10 lbs.
