The Senior Specialist, Community & Associate Experience plays a vital role in shaping a positive and engaging culture across retail locations and the corporate office. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives that support associate well-being, volunteerism, and corporate social responsibility. Responsibilities: Support the operations of Build-A-Bear Foundation Achieve goals and tasks set forth by the Board of Directors Manage Hearts & Hugs Fund select donation recipients, ensure timely deliveries, and achieve donation goal numbers Communicate marketing of Build-A-Bear Foundation and other cause marketing programs Execute rewards and recognition programs across the organization Facilitate onboarding program for corporate associates Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent 2-4 years experience in non-profit or events Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams & SharePoint Strong organizational and multitasking skills P
