Inventory Lead
Location: Perris CA 92570 Shift: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM (MondayFriday, Full-Time + Overtime) Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour Kelly is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a bilingual setting, enjoys investigative work, and has hands-on equipment experience. Key Responsibilities
Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations Operate a cherry picker and assist in warehouse operations Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Create and send customer-facing inventory reports and emails Communicate goals and updates clearly with the team Work heavily in Excel to manage data and reporting Support daily operations using RF scanners and familiarity with office products Requirements
Cherry picker experience required Bilingual in Spanish required (written and spoken) Strong inventory knowledge and best practices Excellent Excel skills and ability to manage reports Strong math, organization, and communication skills Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Forklift experience is a plus Positive, team-oriented mindset Why You'll Love This Role
