Overview
Customer Service Representative role based in Mount Juliet, TN. This position is an integral part of the team, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary range listed: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and customer service inquiries.
- Generate sales leads and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Continuously improve through feedback, identifying opportunities for customer service process improvements.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
