We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead strategy and execution across multiple clinic locations. This role will drive growth by managing events, promotions, partnerships, and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The position is hybrid, requiring regular on-site presence with some travel between locations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning and execution of marketing events and community partnerships. Manage organic social media strategy and influencer/PR programs. Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and cross-selling. Create and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on website management, SEO, content creation, and paid media campaigns. Ensure compliance across all marketing channels. Lead and mentor marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. Qualifications
8+ years of professional marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Expertise in event planning, partnerships, influencer programs, social media, and paid media management (digital + offline). Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and track ROI on marketing initiatives. Prior management experience with both internal and external teams. Industry experience in beauty, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or hospitality preferred. Ideal Candidate
