Our client is a nationally recognized litigation firm that has recovered over $40 billion for institutional and individual investors in complex securities litigation matters. We're currently seeking an experienced hybrid litigation paralegal and office administrator for the firm's Los Angeles office, an intimate and collaborative office with seven attorneys and several litigation support staff members.
This role offers a unique combination of the opportunity to work on precedent-setting securities litigation and corporate governance cases with office administration responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multifaceted environment.
The core responsibilities of this role involve:
Conducting legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and BloombergLaw Cite-check briefs, complaints, and motions using the Bluebook Manage case files and coordinate depositions and hearings Participate in trial preparation and assist with e-filing in state and federal district courts Ensure smooth daily operations as primary liaison with building management and vendors Manage front desk operations Coordinate team events and new hire onboarding What sets this opportunity apart:

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive base salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, a hybrid schedule, opportunity to earn overtime compensation for hours worked beyond 35 per week, 100% firm sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous PTO, and a strong 401(k) program. Temporary or temp-to-hire arrangements are also available for this role.

We are seeking a detailed-oriented professional with 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting, preferably with exposure to securities litigation or complex commercial matters.
Additional qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from and accredited institution Experience e-filing or assisting in e-filing in federal district courts Proficiency in cite-checking and Bluebooking Strong research skills using various tools including WestLaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other resources Detail oriented skillset with strong proofreading and grammar skills Occasional flexibility with shifting work hours as business needs require Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
