We are looking for a new Medior Analytics Engineer Consultant.
Responsibilities: As Analytics Engineer, you will transform complex data structures into clear, actionable insights with a strong emphasis on data warehousing and data modeling. Your main responsibilities include:
Design & implement data warehouses : from conceptual modeling to production environments
Data modeling : develop star schemas, snowflake schemas, and normalized models
Advise on the optimal BI architecture and data platforms
Build and optimize ETL pipelines for reliable, scalable data flows
Design intuitive dashboards and reports
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Do you have the right roots ?
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands‑on experience in data warehousing and data modeling
Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
Solid experience with ETL frameworks (e.g., SQL‑based, SSIS, Airflow)
Deep knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) and warehousing concepts
Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
Fluent in English and Dutch
