About the Role We are looking for a BI Developer to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights. As a BI Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions , including dashboards, reports, and data models. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data visualization effectively supports decision-making. Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Build and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs. Optimize ETL/ELT processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. Work with SQL databases to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes. Implement performance optimizations for dashboards and queries. Support self-service BI initiatives , enabling business users to access and analyze data independently. Stay updated with the latest BI and analytics trends to improve reporting capabilities. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role. Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense). Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and performance optimization. Experience with ETL processes and working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) . Ability to interpret and visualize complex datasets for business users. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Good problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Nice to Have: Experience with DAX (Power BI), MDX, or Python for advanced analytics. Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics . Familiarity with version control systems (Git) . Experience integrating BI tools with ERP and CRM systems .
