Electrical Technician What we offer: $2,000-$4,000 New Hire Bonus 12-hour shifts, day & night shift, 4 days week one, 3 days week two Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours in one week and after 40 the following Shift Differential (night and day shifts available): additional pay of $3.00 for all hours worked between 11pm 7:20am and $0.30 for all hours worked between 3pm 11:20pm Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401k & 401K Match and more Skill Based Pay System - Raises based on how fast you successfully pass evaluations General Job Description: Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery. This includes manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery Dismantles, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment Ability to read mechanical blueprints and hydraulic schematics Repairs and fabricates PLC programming Safely operate a seated forklift Properly program, setup, recover and diagnose robots Practice safe shutdown and lockout / tagout procedures Other duties as assigned Skill Required: Adhere to all safety policies Steel, forging, manufacturing experience Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of hand tools Ability to train others as needed You should be proficient in: PLC Troubleshooting Skills Pneumatics Experience 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Hydraulics Experience Industrial Robot Programming PLC Programming Experience Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use: Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens) Conveyor Systems Servo Motors
