To support this transformation, LABUR is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Architect who can lead the technical implementation and ensure the platform is aligned with evolving business needs. Serve as the technical lead for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, overseeing architecture, configuration, and deployment. Design and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and ITSM best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions. Lead the full lifecycle of implementation activities including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Identify and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges. Provide architectural guidance on add-ons, extensions, and release management. Ensure governance compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of system processes. Mentor internal teams and support knowledge transfer throughout the engagement. Qualifications
Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, system design, and integration strategies within the Dynamics ecosystem. Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business priorities. Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices. Experience with legacy Dynamics systems and migration to cloud-based platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
